In short: I use your details to reply to you. Nothing else.
What information I receive
When you submit the quote form, your inquiry is stored with the details you enter (name, type of business, phone, email if you provide it, and your message) so I can reply and prepare your proposal. If you message me on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp and is also governed by WhatsApp's policy.
Site measurements
I count basic events on my own server — for example, how many inquiries are submitted and how many clicks the WhatsApp button gets — to understand what works on the site. These measurements are first-party: I don't sell data or share it with advertising networks.
What I don't do
I don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. I don't send you email you didn't ask for.
