Inmobiliaria Shalom
Website for a commercial real estate firm in Ibagué, Tolima, Colombia — warehouses, retail spaces, and land, with its featured listing and direct WhatsApp contact.

Inmobiliaria Shalom has served companies, investors, and property owners in Ibagué since 1990, specializing in warehouses and industrial and commercial property. That track record called for a website that looks like what the firm is: an established commercial advisory firm, not another listings page.
The site had to present its history, its industrial and commercial focus, and its first real listing — an apartment in the Bosque de San Ángel complex — with real photos and a virtual tour.
Our solution
I built a 6-page website with its own identity: midnight navy, gold, and the firm's official brand, the star-and-buildings emblem. The homepage presents the story since 1990, the categories (warehouses, retail spaces, land, and housing), the featured listing, and the work process.
The property page brings together 16 real photos, the virtual tour, and every specification. The services sections cover buying, selling, and leasing, the industrial and commercial focus, and land use under the POT (the territorial land-use plan), with no legal promises. The whole site switches between Spanish and English with one tap, and every form arrives as a WhatsApp message ready to send.
The finished website
Today, anyone who finds Inmobiliaria Shalom reaches a site that shows its track record, its specialization, and its real listing, with a clear path to ask on WhatsApp or schedule a visit. No invented inventory: where no listings are published yet, the site says so and offers a personalized search.
